There are many things worth getting nostalgic about that the internet age has rendered hopelessly naff or just unnecessary. The phrase "lolling about", for example; now impossible to use without sounding like an overexcited teenager. The demise of the erotic thriller , however, probably isn't worth shedding many tears over.

In her latest movie , Christina Ricci plays a sexy corpse, a role for which she's been seemingly preparing her entire life. It's called After.Life (pronounced "After Dot Life") and it co-stars Liam Neeson as the funeral director who communicates with the dead to help them transition to the afterlife. If it seems that Liam Neeson is in everything lately, that's because L Neezy ain't allergic to cash money, y'all.  

Just 24 hours after telling you about the one-sheet it seems we've got a look at the trailer for AFTER.LIFE! Before I get into the details let me just say this trailer completely changed my opinion on AFTER.LIFE. I figured it was going to be the same old boring supernatural deal... Well it seems I may be wrong.  

Hot on the heels of this week's debut of the After.Life one-sheet poster, Apple Trailers has debuted the trailer for the Anchor Bay Release, which stars Liam Neeson, Christina Ricci and Justin Long. Wouldn't it be weird if you woke up in a funeral parlor, watching on as the mortician prepares your corpse for burial? What would be stranger still is if that mortician then turned and spoke to you, offering to aid in your transition to the afterlife. That's the basic setup for " After.Life ," an upcoming horror/thriller from director Agnieszka Wojtowicz-Vosloo, who also co-wrote the script with Paul Vosloo.
